Job Responsibilities :
  • Achieve SKU wise sales target for ice cream and frozen food
  • Coordinate with distributors, dealers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth
  • Work closely with dealers and retailers to ensure maximum utilization of deep fridge spaces with Kazi's products only
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products in the retailer's selling point through on-time delivery
  • Maintain the cold chain during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in compliance with the set standard.
  • Visit customers regularly to address any customer complaints and provide on-time and relevant solution for customer satisfaction
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Experience : 2-6 years relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG
  • Must be able to drive motorcycle (have valid driving license)
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
  • Ability to work under pressure
