- Achieve SKU wise sales target for ice cream and frozen food
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth
- Work closely with dealers and retailers to ensure maximum utilization of deep fridge spaces with Kazi's products only
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the retailer's selling point through on-time delivery
- Maintain the cold chain during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in compliance with the set standard.
- Visit customers regularly to address any customer complaints and provide on-time and relevant solution for customer satisfaction
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Experience : 2-6 years relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG
- Must be able to drive motorcycle (have valid driving license)
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
- Ability to work under pressure
