To Execute the factory HR, Admin & Compliance, Hashem Foods Ltd. (a sister concern of Sajeeb Group) invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of “Senior Executive-HR, Admin & Compliance (Factory)”.
The responsibilities of the Senior Executive-HR, Admin & Compliance (Factory) include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
Monitoring day to day Admin & compliance related activities.
Maintaining Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, and recruitment, house-keeping, legal & corporate affairs.
To arrange, conduct & process employee’s recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
To maintain all data records, papers in relation to recruitment & selection, wages, OT and allowances.
To maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top authority.
To monitor proper house-keeping in the production floor.
To monitor proper material handling process.
To monitor whether proper SOP Is maintained in WIP & completed goods handling.
To monitor health & hygiene standard in the factory.
To monitor safety & security of total work force in the factory.
To keep the production floors ready 24/7 for surprise/unannounced visit.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Having Training & Professional Degrees will be given preference.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Factory HR Administration Compliance., Safety and Security Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements :
Age at least 26 years

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Thorough knowledge on occupational health, safety and security issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of employment-related law and regulations.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Priority will be given those applicants having Knowledge on: - Bangladesh Labor Law, labor rules, factory rules, fire rules and HR policies development & implementation, especially related to manufacturing sector.
