Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective actions as per market feedback
New product launching
Design promotional plan and allocate promotional materials through strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products
Formulate annual budget for assigned products
Analyze sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan
Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference & CME
Train the field forces on assigned products
Frequent doctor and field visit for market development
Educational Requirements :
M. Pharm/B. Pharm from any reputed university with excellent academic records
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Having minimum 2 years working experience in pharmaceuticals
Good communication skills both in English & Bangla
Candidate should be career-focused, proactive, team player
Must be proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator
