Kawasaki Bangladesh – Asian Motorbikes Limited. Sole Distributor of “Kawasaki “The World-famous Motorbikes company from Japan Currently looking for a Factory Head in the Factory
- > Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day Factory operations.
- > Learn and understand two wheelers service lineups and machineries, tools, equipment.
- > Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
- > Perform emergency service on various types of motorbikes, including mechanical and electrical identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
- > Inspecting machinery and equipment regularly for service & repair and fault detection.
- > Ensure co-operational efficiency and productivity & quality control process.
- > Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment.
- > Carry out repairs as per workshop manual in accordance with the warranty requirements
- > Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- > Able to lead and work under pressure as a part of team.
- > Negotiation capacity before costing of service.
- > Regularly reporting progress on each work and quickly communicating delays or concerns with the Higher authority
- > Any other tasks as directed by Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- 10 to 14 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Production/ Operation Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile

- Age 35 to 45 years
