• Performing Research and Development (R&D) activities for production optimization and product quality improvement
• Developing / maintaining and managing the project and operation schedules
• Executing Commissioning & Operation activities and ensure production optimization by maintaining products quality
• Preparing Project Status Report, SOP, Worksheets, Meeting Minutes, Quality Manuals according to ISO 9001:2015
• Strategic planning through quarterly forecasting and ability to manage and analyze quantitative data
• Coordinate with the operation and marketing dept. for ensuring smooth operation and product delivery
• Supervise the daily, monthly and yearly production quantification, accounts and reports
• Keeps continuously updated on developments and new technologies in the oil & gas industry
• Passion for teamwork, integrity, learning and continuous improvement
• Conducting basic training and orientation of the newly joined engineers
• Disciplined management capabilities with ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
