Job Responsibilities :
Must have good communication skills
Side Supervision & monetization
Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure work done correctly.
Supervising construction staff.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
To supervise and execute the operation of civil project, including Pile, Basement, Sanitary and Plumbing
and total finishing works of the Project as Per Drawing.
Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
Reporting and Coordinating about the Progress of the Project to the Head of Department.
Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
Basic knowledge about BNBC and ACI codes.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements :
2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Only males are allowed to apply
Good Knowledge About construction equipment &spare Parts.
Creativity & analytical skills
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.
