Job Responsibilities :
  • Promote and sale all Retail Asset products in the assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Retail Assets of assigned region.
  • Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers
  • Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
  • Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
  • Ensure compliance as per organization’s policy and guideline.
  • Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing
Additional Requirements :
  • Target driven
  • Team Player
  • Sound Interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skill
  • Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office.
