- Developing and building strong client relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines and team targets.
- Monitors sales performance against Hot Selling Product.
- Lead and manage operations execution team members to achieve the key performance metrics and the required service standards.
- Provide support in development and review of strategic business plans for relevant change ambitions.
- Communications and Reporting
- Monitor Product distribution channel and other necessary things relevant with production.
- Coordinate, Monitor and Manage all Inter-Departmental teams and their activities.
- Establish & maintain communications with store management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
