Communicate with maintenance, QC, store, distribution and others department.
Supervise and coordinate activities of production line operation, monitor activities of production operators.
Effectively follow up the production plan and manpower utilization.
Prepare shift report and all production related reports.
Implement the regulatory guide lines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
Ensure workplace safety, good housekeeping and personal hygiene on production floor.
Educational Requirements :
Minimum Diploma Engineering in Food Technology.
