The purpose of this job is to contribute towards the hospital`s operation with uninterrupted flow of required materials and services. Procurement of all materials in the medical and non-medical departments of the hospital at the time of commission and during operation phrase. Ensure availability of materials at right time to maintain optimal service level and end user`s satisfaction.
Overall responsible of all operation & administrative activities (office order/ Notification/ work order/ roster/ leave) of the hospital.
Hospital Project Plan, Project Estimate (approx.), Hospital development plan, construction plan & design. Hospital structural strategy.
To guide marketing team to achieve their target. Development of Hospital (Diagnostic Center, ICU, NICU, General OT)
Arrange Hospital related purchase meeting and make comparative statement and brief it to organization management board.
Any other tasks assigned by the management. Hospital License work. (RAJUK-Design approval, City Corporation Trade License, DGHS_Enviroment License in Bangladesh, Fire License, Tin, VAT registration, Diagnostic Center License. Blood Bank License.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
