• To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and imparting training to associates
• To monitor and maintain stocks for consumable spares.
• To maintain safety of equipment's by monitoring safety interlocks.
• Ensure HSE Policies and Implement Efficient Manpower Planning to Achieve Daily, Monthly Production Target.
• Strategic Delegation of Maintenance Issue to Teammates for Effective and Efficient Problem Solving.
• Daily planning of factory and production flow operations.
• Use resources to manage and improve productivity and output.
• Coordinating with other production engineers and supervisors
• Review production process and identifying issues
• Reporting concerns and rectifying any issues
• Monitor costs and implement cost saving exercises
• Produce production reports

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Assembly, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Health Safety and Environment, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Management, Plant Operation, Production, Production Process, welding Section in Motorcycle Industry
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories

• Age at most 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• 3-5 years experience of working in Paint Shop ( Experience in Automobile Paint Shop is preferred)
• Sound knowledge in Automation is Preferable.
• Strong communication skills and Strong coordination skills
• Lean manufacturing experience and Responds to changing environment
• Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
• Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
• Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
