Woven garments (Bottoms) sample making activity and target for `on time sample handover` by monitoring, analyze of different garments samples including scheduling and coordinating with merchandising & marketing team including top management.
- Manage & oversee the complete execution of samples from proto-type to final fit approval.
- Development of the following samples:
- a. Development.
- b. Fit.
- c. Fabric requisition from the store.
- d. Development to PP Sample.
- e. Size set sample.
- f. PP Meeting.
- g. Bulk Marker releasing.
- Communicate with Merchandisers & review the Development Critical Path by following up Fabric situation, trims Situation, Samples Sending Date, etc.
- Communicate with customers on all technical issues related to development.
- Provide fabric consumption and standard times for the garment costing process.
- Issue grading specs for each style for costing and development.
- Troubleshoot patterns to obtain fitting requirements.
- Streamline the sample room process and show continuous improvements.
- Drive the sample team to achieve sample room KPI's on-time delivery, quality, etc.
Educational Requirements :
- M.Sc, B.Sc, or Graduate from the Bangladesh University of Textiles or other top recognized university.

- Age 35 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 8-12 years' experience working on all Technical Aspects of Jeans for leading retail brands,
- Strong handle of Denim fabrics, sewing techniques and Denim washes/finishes,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be motivated and a self-learner.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Development, Counter Sourcing, Inspection
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English
