• Ensure running of machines/equipment on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units
• Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machines and equipment as per standard.
• Ensure minimum waste percentage in every machining process.
• Check and ensure the quality of the products.
• Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements.
• Ensure the mechanical properties during processing of the products.
• Checking production flow process according to the order and maintaining the lead time
• Checking the raw materials use according to the declared proper usage
