- Create, coordinate and evaluate the company's financial programs and supporting information systems including budgeting, tax planning, infrastructure development and acquisition of assets
- Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company
- Ensure compliance with local and IAS, IFRS reporting requirements
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance and data entry
- Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, special analyses and information reports
- Develop and implement finance, accounting and billing procedures
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and /or operational plans, projects, programs and systems
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders.
- Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
- Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees
- Ensure regulatory compliance and Taxation planning, administration and compliance
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Commerce
- Preferred Professional Certification: chartered accountant
- Skills Required: ACCA, Accounting, Accounting Software
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Preferably be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the Garment Industry.
- The candidate should have practical experience in Finance, Accounting Management and Company affairs.
- Shall be responsible for overall financial and accounting management of all units of the Group.
- Should have experience in preparing feasibility reports (New projects), financial reports, credit authorization, Multinational Company/Large Group of Company.
- Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities.
