- Expected to be Target Oriented with related to sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments and ensure the sales target
- The incumbent will arrange site visit with client
- Creating new customer to meet the sales target
- Follow up the lead of the customers being given & bring result
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Excellent presentation and communication skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Team Leadership
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 55 years
