- To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
- To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc.
- To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage,
- To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc.
- Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation, etc.
- Land acquisition, Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related government agencies
- Land information collection & handle with land media
- Keep good communication with landowner
- Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters/ LLB/ LLM
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate

- Age 35 to 45 years
