Educational Requirements :
MBA/ Masters Degree in Finance / Banking /Accounting from a reputed university from home or abroad.
No third division in entire academic record;
Candidates having any relevant professional qualification will get preference.
Experience Requirements :

Age at most 45 years but for deserving candidate it may be relaxed.
At least 12 years working experience in any leading Brokerage house / Merchant Bank out of which at least 03 years in any senior role ( at least Chief Operating Officer (COO) in a brokerage house.
Competencies & skills;
Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, portfolio management and relevant regulations;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Self-motivated and able to work with initiative.
