Monitoring and guiding of project manager for proper implementation of project works and Performing regular projects visit to ensure excellent quality of product, on time handover within limited budget and to make solution of the pending decisions.
Coordinating with Engineering, Design & Development, Cost & Estimate, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Land & Legal Departments.
Supervision of all Projects construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
Coordination between Management & Projects.
Coordination with Design Section for effective implementation projects.
Checking Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing working drawing, problem marking & solving process maintain.
Preparation & Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
Budgeting & Estimating, their proper application to projects & control at site.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Assisting in Contractors & Suppliers management.
Check contractors activities work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance.
Checking all Contractors Comparative Statement & Work Order.
Checking all Contractors bills.
Engineering related Customer Services for all Projects.
Maintaining good relation with clients.
Monitoring of safety measures at site, Project merchandising & branding, own work force Productivity (Profit/loss) and materials inventory control at every month.
Ability to handle Local Problems at construction projects.
Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringB.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university.
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
