- Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh is looking experienced and dynamic individuals for its Supply Chain Division under footwear factory.
- Dealing with material sourcing and negotiating.
- Requisition review & check-in ERP software.
- Receiving requisition for spare parts/ other items from Factory on daily basis as well as ensure timely delivery for smooth operation, maintenance and production.
- Collect quotation from the suppliers & prepare CS for approval.
- Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.
- MRR received from site & Process them for bill preparation.
- Bill submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
- Inventory check-in software & complete physical inventory audit with the audit team.
- Establish a new corporate vendor for quality materials purchase.
- Use strategic sourcing process for rare spare parts collect.
- Stay updated for alternative product information always.
- Visit local market & corporate vendor’s factory to see the production process of machinery spare.
- Liaison with other Division and govt - non govt office as per requirement.
- Prepare various reports.
- Any other assignment given by the superior / management.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters in any discipline/ MBA (SCM)
- or
- B.Sc (Mechanical/EEE)
- and
- PGDSCM will be added value.
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
- Training/Trade Course: SCM
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements :
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office) and smart in emailing and ERP software using.
- Excellent in negotiation & communication skills.
- Good knowledge about the procurement market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
- Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
