- To capable of handling sub contract dyeing units with qc team and delivery as per the standard.
- Analyze daily inspection report to identify source of quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce also improve future results.
- Follow up 4-point fabric inspection system, Shade & fabric test report analysis.
- Make sure that production process meets international standards.
- Maintain quality procedure with operating staff and monitor closely.
- Provide shade approval for bulk fabric.
- Involvement in sample development & take care of quality aspects of sample Fabric
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
- The person should be capable to lead quality team and lead good leadership.
- Maintain the QA manual, QA reports, QA format of the company.
- Handle all the QC issue instantly and make report to quality GM time to time.
- Maintain record all QC issue for any ready reference.
- Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, RND& QA team to get the corrective actions.
- Need to organize the factory dyeing production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company.
- Need to arrange effective training session for his team on a regular basis.
- Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
- Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc in Textile from any reputed University
- Major in Fabric Manufacturing/Wet Processing Is Preferable
- Skills Required: Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric Manufacturing, Buyer Handling

- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 10 to 15 year(s) up worked as AGM level
- English fluency
- Self-motivated and organized
- Positive and good personality
- Computer knowledge in E-mail, internet, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skill.
- We will give priority to those who have experience with Primark, C&A, Okaidi, Lidl, Carrefour, Walmart Rewe Buyers
