Job Responsibilities :
  • Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments.
  • Follow-up with clients from customer database/Data bank and update the progress Daily Basic.
  • The incumbent will arrange site visit with client.
  • Creating new customer to meet the sales target.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • The monthly sales target achieved planning.
  • Maintain after sales formalities including Application Form, Payment Schedule and Deed of Agreement.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
Additional Requirements :
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Candidates who have strong link-up with the clients at his own Circle, Community or Relatives whatsoever treated as extra experiences.
  • Ready to work under pressure.
  • Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenge.
  • Handles all stressful and difficult situations in a positive manner. Good communication & negotiation skill.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
