A well reputed real estate company is looking for some hardworking, result oriented and professionally sound person for the Post of “Sr. Executive” which carry very attractive remuneration packages.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
The executive shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Land /Plots and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
To build a strong relationship with the customers.
To manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
3 to 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Land and Apartment sales., Real Estate Sales
