- Managing administrative tasks required for smooth operation of the Liaison Office in Bangladesh;
- Employing people to Liaison Office on terms and conditions agreed with LPP
- Building strong suppliers' network in line with the Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh guidelines;
- Ensuring effective communication and cooperation between entities
- Controlling all Liaison office departments on a daily basis;
- Participating in quality controlling area;
- Reporting on a regular basis to the headquarter in Poland;
- Creating business reports, collecting statistics;
- Ensuring that paperwork is properly completed.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Graduate or Diploma from any Reputed University
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 10+ years' experience in textile and apparel sourcing with minimum 5+ years at similar supervisory level.
- Strong leadership attributes with extensive experience in global sourcing
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to create and manage economies of scale
- Strong vision on product profitability and executable life cycle
- Strong garment engineering knowledge, preferably with product knowledge and development skills
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing techniques and practices
- Manage vendor relationships with tight deadlines & challenging environments
- Excellent communications skills, fluency in spoken/written English
- Lead special projects as and when required.
- Manage multiple direct reports and ensure quarterly and annual spend meets budget expectations for the managed brands/SBUs
- Develops continuous improvement solutions and manages resources & implementations on-time and within budget parameters.
