Job Responsibilities :
  • Work as the focal point of the Company & provide all co-ordination, secretarial and other support to the Chief Advisor.
  • Proactive in Planning & implementation.
  • Excellent Follow-Up and responsiveness.
  • Visit every branch of the Premium Sweets identify the problem and proactive for sales generation.
  • Implementing Full HR Practices in the Factory and corporate office.
  • Employee Relationship Management.
  • Data Management of all company staff.
  • Organizational Development.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment process, new staff joining and on-boarding.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Undertake any other task assigned by the Chief Advisor.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Computer & English Language Skill, Good Analytical and Observation Skills.
