• Prepare Schedule with Machinery List on the basis of Pre-inspection report.
• Prepare Addendum & Endorsement on the basis of Pre-inspection report.
• Prepare IAR Cover Note/Policy and Package Premium Rate.
• Prepare Addendum, Endorsement, and Premium Quotation & Bill.
• Specially typing speed at least 20-30 words per minute (Both Bangla and English).
• Secretarial Functions (Letter writing, File Management, Invoice, Proposal, Office Tasks etc.)
• Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, Power Point Presentation).
• Documentation, Data Entry, File Scanning, Data Mining, Data Managing on system (Excel and Word).
• IT Knowledge (Printer, Scanner, Computer problem solve and good knowledge about email.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
