This Nazrul Oil Mills is a renowned and a well-established MUSTARD OIL PRODUCING & DISTRIBUTING Industry in Bangladesh. It has a fascinating, well established and renowned marketing set-up in Bangladesh. However, to expand its marketing territory, it needs some Area Sales Managers (A.S.M) for Dhaka, Khulna and Sylhet who has the following working abilities
- To visit & Search new/potential dealers who are already in Mustard Oil Business within the Territory daily basis.
- To liaison with the immediate sales supervisor as well as authorized Person of Head Office regarding Products, Pricing, Branding & Payments etc. time to time.
- To achieve the daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly sales & Collection Target.
- To create the new dealers as per given Target.
- To educate the potential dealers why they will use our Mustard Oil, brands, Quality and cooking procedure.
- To ensure the payments under the sale in time.
- To Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand business are and enhance profitability.
- Developing & implementing sales plans.
- Resolving customer problems as needed.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Communication
Experience Requirements :
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
