Job Responsibilities :
  • To go to the market for buying the product from actual suppliers and at an exact price.
  • To check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
  • To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • To ensure that the price of the product is competitive and eye-catching.
  • Maintain, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the Excel.
  • To take quotation from different organization, update the price list and make comparative statement (CS) among quotation before purchase any product.
  • To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
  • To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
  • Prepare professional sales & marketing plan. Execute all sales & marketing activities as per direction of the management.
  • Finding and developing new customers, increase sales, Planning and carrying out direct sales activities to achieve the plan.
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
