Job Type-Part time-2-3 days/week
- Monitoring in regular interval
- Check staff schedules and attendance
- Ensuring field staff are performing their duties well
- Ensuring staff makes reports in regular interval
- Check staff locations frequently
- Communications
- Communications with stake holders whenever necessary (in English only)
- Reporting in regular interval
- Sending reminder if necessary
- Check for task updates on Mobile and Web Applications
- Day end reporting
Educational Requirements :
- A level Completed / Hons Level Student / Fresh Graduates
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 21 to 25 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Skills Required:
- Strong Communication skill - in English
- Good in MS Excel and Word
- Punctuality & Time management
- Interpersonal skill
- Attention to Detail
- Problem-solving skill
- Desirable Requirements:
- IELTS Band - 7
- Prior experience (voluntary or paid) preferably in:
- Local Customer Service/Call Centre
- Foreign Customer Service/Call Centre
- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Willingness to work on Bangladeshi weekends and Government holidays
- Must be a team player
