Job Type-Part time-2-3 days/week
Job Responsibilities :
  • Monitoring in regular interval
  • Check staff schedules and attendance
  • Ensuring field staff are performing their duties well
  • Ensuring staff makes reports in regular interval
  • Check staff locations frequently
  • Communications
  • Communications with stake holders whenever necessary (in English only)
  • Reporting in regular interval
  • Sending reminder if necessary
  • Check for task updates on Mobile and Web Applications
  • Day end reporting
Educational Requirements :
  • A level Completed / Hons Level Student / Fresh Graduates
Experience Requirements :
  • At most 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 21 to 25 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong Communication skill - in English
  • Good in MS Excel and Word
  • Punctuality & Time management
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Attention to Detail
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • IELTS Band - 7
  • Prior experience (voluntary or paid) preferably in:
  • Local Customer Service/Call Centre
  • Foreign Customer Service/Call Centre
  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Willingness to work on Bangladeshi weekends and Government holidays
  • Must be a team player
