Job Responsibilities :
  • Directing and coordinating human resources activities such as recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, etc.
  • Maintain personal profile of all staff.
  • Maintain leave records of employees.
  • Maintaining daily attendance and submission of monthly report.
  • Deal with employees discipline procedure.
  • Ensuring ID card, Visiting Card for newly appointed employee.
  • Ensure daily functional activities of the HR department by giving proper support and any other task as assigned by superiors.
  • Placing advertisement for recruitment, Selecting CV and Arranging interview.
  • Preparing Employee list, Employee Database.
  • Maintaining daily movement of employee.
  • Preparing Meeting Minutes.
  • Assist to Manage Performance Appraisal & Promotion/increment process.
  • Preparing job description for officer/staff.
  • Preparing report for management as and when required.
  • Ensuring maintenance of effective HR information system.
  • Implement and monitor Group HR plans and policies.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • BBA, Major in HRM.
  • MBA, Major in HRM.
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HRM
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Good command in Microsoft Office suit especially in MS Excel, MS Word & power point.
  • Should be highly self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Efficiency in Bangla and English typing
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Being flexible, analytical and collaborative
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills
  • Being open minded, approachable and helpful
  • Ability to multitasks
  • Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English
