Job Responsibilities :
  • Team work for flat/apartment sales
  • To acquire new clients in the specified region/market
  • Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone
  • Collect booking money and down payment from the new client
  • Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities
  • Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects
  • Manage database of client's information of the industry
  • Ensure proper collection and target recovery is achieved. Work for achievement the target
  • Prepare sales and marketing strategy
  • Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate
  • Arrange to sign deed of agreement
  • Issuing sales department related letters according to company policy
  • Create/maintain excellent relationships with new clients and be able to promoting the products
  • Regular out door visit and meeting organize with the clients
  • Achieving monthly Sales target set by the superior
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship
  • Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management
Educational Requirements :
  • BBA/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 2 years experience of experience in real estate/developer sector
  • Should have strong communication & negotiation skills with computer literacy
  • Should be fluent in written & spoken English
  • Hard working mentality
  • Positive attitude to maintain company culture
