Founded in 2009, Zero Inch Interiors Ltd is a recognized high-end interior design firm working in the residential, commercial, and luxury hospitality segments of the market. We are seeking someone in our team who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to grow with the company.
- Responsible for producing working drawings, including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes plans, elevations, sections, plumbing, electrical tile, and millwork.
- Producing 3D and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer.
- Site survey/measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
- Maintain / organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
- Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
- Work with the entire team, in the office, and with outside consultants.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Job site experience, including working with architects, interior architects, and builders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, fast-paced team player.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
