Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, and growth.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns rooted in division/category strategy and budgets focused on optimization and ROI: search engine marketing (SEM), display, retargeting, paid social and email marketing.
Lead site optimization new projects in collaboration with internal and external IT teams, developers, and designers to increase conversion and enhance the overall experience of our users: new websites, microsites, user experience (UX) and mobile enhancements, new marketplace integrations, predictive intelligence, chatbot among many others.
