Administering employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs.
Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes within the lead time
Ensure KPIs are set as per SMART principle
Coordinate Mid-year and Annual Performance Appraisal Process as per procedure within the deadline.
Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Collaborating with other managers in the business to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organizations.
Educational Requirements :
Masters/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
IT training from IDB is a plus.
Experience Requirements :
At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at maximum 35 years
Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
Proven expertise in HRIS / ERP implementation
Knowledge of in Bangladesh Labour Law
Strong planning, analytical and presentation skill
