- S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for some experienced person for the position Of Manager – HR & Admin in its Factories located in Chittagong and Narayangonj and also for Head Office, Chattogram.
- Job Location: Chattogram & Narayangonj
- Manage payroll, performance, compliance, disciplinary and welfare issues (including staff canteen).
- Ensure Health. Safety & Security Of people and properties of the company.
- Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of Staff/worker
- Prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check, etc.
- Oversee leave and attendance of all staff & workers.
- Assign duties and monitor activities of security Inspectors/ Guards.
- Keep up to date all factory licenses, e.g., BSTI, Environment, Fire, Boiler. Premises & Trade license etc. and others.
- Maintain good rapport and liaison with different Govt. & Non-Govt. officials including regulatory bodies, law enforcing authorities etc. on industrial matters.
- Maintain employees personal file update.
- Assist Management in HR development, Planning C Implementation.
- Arrange & Conduct Training.
- Actively participate in manpower management, motivation, recognition program.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
- BBA / MBA with major in Human Resources Management from any accredited and reputed university.
- PGDHRM / PGDPM is must. candidates not completed PGDHRM / PGDPM don't need to apply.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, Human Resource Management, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Performance Management System, Preparing JD, Recruitment, Training & Development
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 10 years experiences in similar position in any large and reputed FMCG and/ or similar manufacturing company.
- Ability to effect change and implement new ideas.
- Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English.
- Computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel) is must.
- Ability to type in Bangla.
- Having knowledge about illustrator will be an added advantage.
