Job Responsibilities :
  • To develop a client database of international students, facilitating their enrollment and admission to educational institutions in Australia/Canada/UK etc.;
  • Creating a solid relationship with a range of education partners;
  • Providing education counseling for students to ensure the most appropriate course selection;
  • Facilitating the enrollment and admission process for international students and ongoing support;
  • Processing student and other visa applications (we don't work with job visa) based on entry requirements and admissions procedures;
  • Case and file management in accordance with agency procedure;
  • Developing and building strong client relationships with a network of education providers to secure ongoing agreements;
  • Generating ideas for marketing activities, events and advertising campaigns;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and team targets;
  • Report submission and visiting partners;
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Educational Requirements :
  • A bachelor degree from UGC Approved Public or Private University (preferably BBA, English etc.); ideally with significant qualification and relevant experience in counselling and case management;

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • To be successful in this position, you'll have experience of but not limited to:
  • A level background is plus and encouraged to apply
  • Brief, outcome informed counselling approaches, including strong assessment, intervention and referral skills;
  • Working cooperatively, productively and flexibly in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral;
  • Experience in client outcome evaluation, with a high level of computer literacy skills
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client support through phone, tele-marketing, online (web/ e-mail) support etc.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration, student counseling.
  • Proven experience as sales /foreign education counseling.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products
  • We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.
