• Will be responsible for implementation of all District/Upazila/union level activities. S/he will be assisted by the Project officer- O&M WASH & Field Facilitator.
• S/he is responsible for ensuring all project activities e.g. Local Knowledge & Agency building, Innovation, community mobilization and capacity building, CVCA-CAP are implemented according to the work plan.
• Will regularly coordinate with the CARE's TC- CBA-Water management and Sr. Program Officer(SPO)- CBA, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Livelihood (CBA_AFFL) to ensure agreed Work-plan implementation, generate KML documents such as developing training modules, CVCA/CAP tools etc.
• Supervise the Project officer- O&M WASH and field facilitators for proper and timely implementation of the activities.
• The Project Officer will submit report inputs to Project Manager. All Project Officer will be reportable to Project Manager.

• At least 03 years' relevant working experience in any National/International NGO;
• Preference will be given to candidates having prior working experience in DRR and Climate Justice project,
• Good community mobilizing, consultation and session facilitation skills
• Coordination and maintain liaison with communities, civil society groups and local stakeholders including Government
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.
• Core Competences:
• Familiar with bio-physical and socio-economic condition of Bagerhat or similar district
• Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities to act and decide promptly.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Good verbal and written communication skills in local language, English and Bengali;
• Pro-active and participatory decision-making and problem-solving;
• Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
• Experience in Cash for work (CFW) modality through Mobile Money Transfer (MMT) will be prioritized
• Good understanding on issues related to gender equity and protection
