Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the company rules and regulation, Compliance issues, Occupational health and safety, First Aid, Fire safety with the help of department manager.
Primary screening /selection for all new workers who come for job.
Confirm COVID-19 Safety activity for all on daily basis.
Visit all production floor regularly & carryout all non-compliance issues.
Collect the employee's & workers grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis with the help of department manager.
Check the workplace cleanliness for daily basis to ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the shop floor.
Keeping official record on welfare management system
Conduct grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
Arrange counseling and Training program on Fire Safety.
Organize seminars, awareness and training campaign on hygiene, First Aid, Occupational Health & Safety program
Maintaining awareness of workers regarding unauthorized absent, Productivity, and Health & Safety
Employee motivation and morale-building activities.
Maintain and up-date Welfare & Compliance related documents, reports and all mandatory register.
Carry out any other job assigned by the higher authority.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM will give preference
