Shoe materials quality, QC Production, QC step is main responsibility. To set up and planning from cutting to finishing of the shoe of all QC team. Time to time inform to the management for required quality. Analysis the day to day problem and take immediate action to avoid any kind of financial or reputation loss of the company. To maintain the regular co-ordination with the other managers in the production floor to ensure smoother quality shoe production. To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production. To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned person as well as factory Management. To follow up the company's & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.
Educational Requirements :
Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant discipline

3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
At least 3-5 years' experience in any recognize shoe factory in same position
Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office,
Smart and skilled with communication.
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
