Job Responsibilities :
  • Executing the marketing and sales strategy for achieving the organizational goal.
  • Select potential prospect and calling them about deal and receiving feedback.
  • Create new prospect from different sources. Conduct market survey.
  • Attend sales calls and visits potential prospect frequently/regularly.
  • Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing and sales strategy.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Proper documentation of all necessary paper related to sales and marketing.
  • Assist supervisor in any kind of organizational aspects.
  • Maintain good relationship with all prospects & call all prospects and all clients minimum, once in a month.
  • Council with Team Leader regarding call & visit to prospect daily basis.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Educational Requirements :
  • Honors/BBA, Masters/ MBA in any discipline from reputed university. Major in Marketing will highly preferable.
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Experience in Apartment Selling will get preference.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
  • Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
  • Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
  • Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
  • The candidate should have target oriented.
