- Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials from suppliers ensuring the best quality as per applicable standards;
- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of manufacturing raw materials;
- Responsible for developing an effective supplier base/best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationships, and conducting periodic assessments/reviews of supplier performance;
- Ensuring delivery of all raw materials of business according to MPR plan;
- Ensure urgent and additional requirements delivery as per production requirements;
- Market analysis and collecting of various sources of supply of various types of procuring materials;
- Ensure appropriate quotations from potential vendors, review, negotiation, and prepare comparative statements to make the purchase cost-effective;
- Maintain liaison with all concerned internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure LC opening, follow-up, and on-time delivery;
- Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation or Post Graduation from reputed Public/Private University
- Background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering will get preference
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foreign procurement, supply chain management
