• Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the Hospital Food management team.
• Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
• Keep accurate records for all daily procedures.
• Manage revenue, expenses, operations and the team to maintain the consistent growth of the business.
• Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc).
• Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Monitoring all kinds of official functions.
• Generate more revenue creating new opportunities for home health care business.
• Monitor sales team, and improve productivity generate new marketing ideas.
• Willingness to work under pressure.
• Daily business review and update to the Management.
• To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Any degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality will be preferred.

• Age at most 40 years
