Naba Global Limited is looking for young, energetic, smart and dynamic sales professional who has able to create new dealer, retailer & sell our admixture. As a sales personnel, you are responsible for developing the market, arranging corporate meetings, collecting contacts, ensuring sales, and overall meeting the sales target.
- Achieving value and volume sales target in the demarcated area in stipulated periods of time.
- Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
- Developing dealer, Sub-dealer and Channel Partner in new market.
- Maintaining relationships with external stakeholder to get optimum result.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Direct sales activity: Visit construction sites, govt. and non govt. stakeholder.
- Candidate having experience in Cement industry, Rod Industry is highly encouraged to apply.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Dealer or Corporate client development and Management, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 40 years
