All Kinds of Land Related Vetting, (Title Deed, Baya Deed, khatians LDT etc.)
Drafting and vetting all kinds of deeds Agreements etc.
Represent and defend cases before the court on behalf of company.
List and details of Cases, & pursue with advocates for settlements, including outside court settlements
Compliance with respective Regulatory Authority
Drafting and vetting of Bank guarantee, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor Contracts, etc.
Perform legal formalities for credit /payment recoveries
Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
Visit to competent Authorities for documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement
Drafting of fresh agreements with customers & other third parties
Follow-up all licenses applicable to business / operations and regular update their expiry date for renewal.
Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
Providing legal support for corporate governance and business development activities, as well as internal/administrative functions.
Liaison with various govt. and non govt. organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Ministry of Housing & Public Works, National Housing Authority.
Providing appropriate report to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal department.
Co- ordination with all departments of the Company regarding legal issues as and when required.
Filing & recording of Legal deeds, documents etc.
Any other task assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
Good academic background.
LL.B from any reputed Public/Private University. LL.M will get preferences.
Licensed Advocate will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
The applicant has post qualified experience in a Corporate level organization/ professional legal firm will be preferred.
Should be good in drafting Legal documents both in Bangla and in English.
Should be intelligent and have good analytical skill.
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Good written and communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Should have good MS office applications skill specially in MS-Word & MS-Excel
