We are looking for Staff Engineer for Bangladesh Development Company Ltd. oversee their construction progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for Design, Build, BOQ, Budgeting, Organization, Implementation and Scheduling of the projects.
- Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing construction projects etc.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for all Auto CAD Engineering works/Drawing and Other related works.
- Prepare BOQ, high level budget etc. according to the Architectural and Structural design.
- Communication with corporate office regarding implementation works.
- Basic knowledge about Interior Design works.
- Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Knowledge in computer is essential
- Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill.
- Should have 08 years practical experience out of which at least 5 years in equivalent position in any reputed construction, Developer/Housing Company/Industry /Paper Mills/Industrial Unit.
- Should be conversant of modern construction technology and structural design.
- Must have practical experience in planning, evaluation, monitoring, controlling and execution of construction and land development works.
