- Provide supervision of civil construction of the assigned projects from conception to completion.
- Propose ways for cost minimization, cost efficient use of materials and optimizing working process/method.
- Estimate material requirements as per drawing/design and raise material requisition for timely delivery.
- Maintain all quality control procedure on site and ensure workplace safety.
- Ensure project completion as per schedule and make efforts to minimize any variation in planned schedule and construction budget.
- Provide weekly progress report of the site.
- Validate and certify all contractor and vendor bills.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 5 - 8 years of relevant job experience
- Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, building/road and steel structure.
