Job Responsibilities :
  • Overseeing all technical Services Viz, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Detection, IT , AV , BMS , Medical Gas Pipeline system , Equipment installation supervision of Medical , Kitchen and Laundry, etc. services during the design and construction phase and liaising with the consultants.
  • Ensuring that the designs are compliant with the specifications, relevant codes & other statutory requirements.
  • Build and Lead MEP Team subordinates technically equipped to work on the assignment.
  • Execution, Erection, Testing, commissioning, handing over of all MEP System.
  • Well versed with Project planning and scheduleing & Monitoring of activities integrating all services of multiple vendors as per Project goals.
  • To participate in Techno-commercial evaluation and value engineering of contract scope including cost estimation / rate analysis of Schedule / Non schedule items related to plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system, PA system, HVAC system, Fire Safety & Security System & Interior works etc..
  • To provide technical advice to Project Engineers, supervisors, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
  • To analyze proactively all Issues related to MEP related works & suggest timely & corrective action.
  • Ensuring that the installations are compliant with the specifications and meet the quality standards for the project.
  • Ensuring the Safety compliances are being followed by all vendors.
  • Will be responsible for conducting contractor coordination meetings and issuing necessary memos and reminders to push the project.
Educational Requirements :
  • B.Sc. in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical from BUET,RUET, CUET, KUET or its equivalent.
Experience Requirements :
  • 12 to 18 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 45 years
  • Min. 12 - 18 years experience in Design Coordination & Execution of MEP (Mechanical,Electrical,Plumbing) systems, out of which Min 5 years experience of design development and site supervision in Hospitals / medical care facilities is a must.
  • Additional Experience of working in MEP Design coordination & execution of Hotels\High Rise Buildings\Malls\PMC may be considered.
  • Experience of working with a large Lead Consultant will be preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of MEP in construction phase including planning and execution of hospital projects.
  • Possess good communication and organizational skills – fluency in Spoken & Written English is essential
  • Age: 45 years above. Age relaxation may be permitted if candidates posses any specialization.
