- Prepare and upgrade employee databases.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations.
- Plan and conduct Recruitment and selection activities.
- Monitor overall safety, security, health and environment conditions in working areas for Improvement.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
- To counsel the workers on general issues, like; company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
- To maintain all kinds of record keeping related to jobs.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Assist in writing reports, documentation on program activities.
- Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor or Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- North South University,University of Dhaka,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
- Skills Required: Monitoring and Reporting, MS Office Applications, Strong people management skills
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
