BZM Graphics Ltd. is looking forward to welcoming an Admin Officer to join their growing team. In this position, you will work to maintain the office Administration related activities.
- Responsible for all Administration related activities of the company.
- Coordinate with different departments in relation to Administrative activities.
- Organize & Manage any program in the organization.
- Receiving incoming materials / general items.
- Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability.
- Maintaining communication with external parties and organizations for official purposes.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain office assets.
- Supervise and monitor support stuff.
- Maintaining Vendors/Suppliers.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :

- Age 22 to 35 years.
- Ability to work under pressure & accept Challenges.
- Basic knowledge of EXCEL/Google Sheet functionality is a big plus.
- Good communication skills.
