Bachar Engineering Ltd. (BEL) is looking for Hard Working, Self Motivated & Committed Individuals with Strong Leadership Capabilities for the Post of Asst. Manager (Accounts & Admin), Requires the Following Qualification, Experience, and Skill & Attributes
- Supervising the financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Supervising the Admin & HR operations of the company.
- Supervising and Recommending bills and Vouchers.
- Preparation of Yearly Financial Statement.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, vat and taxes
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Maintaining accounts registers.
- Maintaining Vehicle Register for office car and coordinating vehicle duties.
- Supervising subordinate Executives
- Issuing office orders, joining orders, show cause letters, transfer and termination letters.
- Supervision of Employee attendance.
- Submitting Vat Return.
- Keeping all the licenses up to date.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Candidates with CC and Expert in Tally Prime will get additional privilage.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Admin and Accounts
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
