Job Responsibilities :
  • Accounts Trainee is expected to support SMARTMATRIX PTE. LTD. Accounts department. Specific job description includes:
  • Shadowing members of the accounting department as they perform their duties.
  • Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Learning how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyse data, track information, and support the company or clients.
  • Keeping petty cash & check supporting papers/documents of day-to-day expenditures when required.
  • Preparing necessary Invoice/Bill and relevant vouchers for every transaction (receive & pay).
  • Communicate with banks and other related parties for accounts purpose physically/email or letter.
  • Assist with maintaining fixed assets register and other related records.
  • Perform other relevant duties/ tasks assigned by supervisor/Management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Eligibilities:
  • Must be a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance graduate
  • Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of management accounting and financial principles.
  • Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Eligible Regions: Bangladesh
